Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders, no matter where you are in the world. Every map is carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Production Time

Each map is made to order. Production typically takes 2–3 business days before your order ships. Custom designs may require an additional 1–2 days for review and approval.

Delivery Times

• United States: 5–7 business days (standard), 2–3 business days (express)
• Canada & Mexico: 7–10 business days
• Europe: 7–14 business days
• Asia Pacific: 10–18 business days
• Rest of World: 14–21 business days

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey to your door. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the notification.

Packaging

All prints are rolled in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes. Framed prints are packed in custom-fit boxes with corner protectors and foam padding. We take every precaution to prevent damage during transit.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@mapdona.com and we'll resolve the issue immediately — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
